2007 - the following was posted to the Foor Family Genealogy guestbook on my website by Sandy Perry:
" I haven't been on this site for several years now, as I've been taking care of my mother, Burnilda (Foor) Buchholz, who has lived in Coal Valley, Il. for the last 50 yrs. on a farm. She had a stroke, followed by a full hysterectomy when we learned she had ovarian cancer. For 3 yrs. she has needed some daily housekeeping, health care, home modifications and chauffering to everywhere she needed to go. This was done by my sister and I while I continued working fulltime. My 2 younger brothers have helped and the farm is still going as a farm. Mom died Dec. 12, 2006 at the farm in Coal Valley with all the family surrounding her. WE are grieving, but know she has gone to be with the Lord, as she was a devout Christian woman who read the Bible and many other books daily. We are blessed to have had such a good mother. Her father was Frank Foor, who lived in Tower Hill, Pana, Shelbyville, Il. Frank's 2nd marriage to Sylvia Henderson produced twin girls, who are in their 50's and live in S. Ill. I'll get thru the website as much as possible and I'm glad to be back, but sad to report my mom's death. Bless you for keeping this going!
Sandy Perry

NAME/DOB/DOD/POBurial/PARENTAGE: "Cemeteries of Bloom Township, Fairfield County, OH", Fairfield Co., Ohio, Chapter OGS, 1996, p 302. Son of H. H. Roberts and S. A. Roberts; 12y. Page 390 lists him as "Bobb", died 17 Feb 1885 (instead of 1889) at 12y 8m 25d, which works out to d.o.b as May 23, 1872. Since this "Bebb" or "Bobb" does not show up on the 1880 census in which he'd be a small child, I believe this individual is the same as Creighton Roberts, 8y son in the 1880 census.
