LOCATION: 1970 - Earl FOOR was listed as one of the pallbearers for Robert Hugh Weston b 22 Jun 1949 in Corning, s/o Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Weston of Vina. Robert was killed August 13 in Vietnam. [Red Bluff Daily News, Red Bluff, CA, August 26, 1970]

Earl M. Foor, 81, died June 6, 1999, at his home in Vina. A native of Luna, N. Mex., he was born Nov. 5, 1917. He graduated King City High School and Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. Foor was a long time rancher in the San Joaquin Valley, Sacramento Valley, Nevada, Oregon and for the last 35 years in Indian Valley and Vina areas. He was a member of the Comanche Riders Association. He was an avid sailor and spent many years sailing the world. He was a generous supporter of his community. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie in 1996. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. His cremated remains will be buried in the Vina Cemetery.

I can't tell which newspaper this obituary was actually in. The obit had a link to two newspapers -- "Plumas On-Line", and "Lassen On-Line". I went to both and searched for FOOR and both came up empty. I also couldn't tell where they were located, but it's in Plumas county, CA.

NOTE: The name "Hasthar" looks as if it was crossed out after written, OR, the single line was placed there FIRST indicating that the surname preceding it on previous columns would be the same, in this case, "Hartman". Then where it specifies the relationship of the individual, it looks as if both "Daughter" and "brother" were once written there -- it's hard to tell which one was the last.
