Jesse Ward and Delilah (Swander) Foor. Jesse was born 1843 in Fairfield Co., Ohio, and marred Delilah Swander, d/o Daniel and Apolonia (Hayman) Swander, in 1862 in Fairfield Co., Ohio. Sometime between June 1870 and 1872, they left the area and removed to Shelby County, Illinois, where many of their descendants remain.
